The Manufacturing Engineering team at Tejas defines and implements best practices to meet the manufacturing, procurement, programme management, planning and supply chain challenges, and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs are manufacturable from concept to high-volume mass production. It leads the sourcing and procurement of direct/indirect materials and third-party manufacturing services globally - this includes sourcing strategy, planning, risk mitigation, demand balancing, supplier development, contracting, procurement, and supplier evaluation - all in a socially responsible environment.

As a member of this team you will have a direct impact in creating solutions for complex problems that impact the design, quality and cost competitiveness of Tejas products.
