Tejas wireless team has developed high capacity LTE macro eNodeB, 5G NR gNodeB along with Radio Units as part of end to end integrated solution to their customers. Our systems are already deployed in customer’s commercial network and engineers are working on to enhance the capacity and improve system level performance.
Tejas Networks has invested in Wireless product development since 2012 with a vision to create globally deployable telecom RAN solutions.. Several of the key components developed by the Wireless R&D team have been installed and commissioned across three continents. We are an active partner for 5G in the Indian Ecosystem and have significantly contributed to India’s standardization efforts in 3GPP, through TSDSI. The wireless team has over 100 patents. As part of the wireless team you will work on developing products for next generation wireless systems.
Job Description:
Positions : Engineer/Senior Engineer, R&D
Work Location : Bangalore
Experience : 0 to 5 Years
Education : BE/ME in EC/Telecom Branches, CCNA Certified.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Need to prepare Test Cases for the Certification of a Product.
- Internal Testing (Manual) has to be done as per Customer Requirement and bugs have to be raised.
- Need to interact with Design team for fixing the bugs.
- Need to offer the Tests (Manual Tests) to Customer for full day till completion of Testing related to Certification.
- Need to provide periodic updates to Reporting Manager and other concerned officials.
- Need to prepare the Test Report for the offered Test Cases.
- Need to take Signature from Customer on all the Pages of Test Report.
- Ready to travel either within City (or) out of City for the Testing Related activity.
- Need to handle Inventory carefully to avoid damages.
- All official documents have to be handled carefully.
Skills Required:
- Should have 0 to 5 Years Experience in Total.
- In Total Experience, minimum 2 years experience in Customer Handling.
- Should have patience to handle Customer for offering the Telecom Testing.
- Should have experience in Test Case Preparation.
- Should have experience in Test Report Preparation.
- Should be obedient to take more output from Customer.
- Should have attitude to work on various Technologies.
- Should be in a position to travel out of office (within Bangalore and out of Bangalore) for offering the Tests to Customer.
- Should have good knowledge on the Technology to provide bug details to Designers.
- Should have attitude for debugging the faults in the Product.
- Should have attitude of Self Driven and self-Motivation to complete the assigned tasks in shorter Duration with high quality.
- Should have good communication skills for inter department correspondence.
